Getting Started with the Simple Letter Model

Updated over a week ago

The Simple Letter Model is ideal for merchants who sell signs with standardised width or height and straightforward pricing (e.g. 40cm, 60cm, 80 cm). It lets you easily set up pricing based on size, character count, and number of lines.

If you need more flexibility for pricing and dynamic size scaling, see the Advanced Letter Model.

How the Simple Letter Model Works

The Simple Letter Model is made up of preset sizes, each defined by a fixed width or fixed height (in cm).

For each size, you can configure:

  • Width/Height - total sign width/height in cm

  • Line height - height between each line of text

  • Minimum and maximum characters - limits on the number of characters per line

  • Number of lines - how many lines of text are allowed

  • Price - based on size, character count, lines count, and selected font.

Important Notes

  • Each size group is fixed regardless of character count.

  • You cannot fix both width and height for each size. For example, "Happy Anniversary" and "Mr & Mrs Doe" can be 40cm in height, but not both 80cm wide since one contains more characters than the other.

  • If you need both width and height fixed for each size, see the Frame Fit model.
