Customers can leave your website and return later with their previous selections automatically pre-loaded in the customiser.
This feature helps increase conversions by allowing customers to continue where they left off without having to redo their design.
Enable Auto-Save for Designs
Go to the Sign Customiser Admin:
Universal subscribers: Go to Home in your account.
Shopify users: Navigate to Shopify admin → Apps → Sign Customiser.
Click on Customisers in the menu.
Select the customiser you want to edit.
From the left-hand menu, go to Save and Share.
In the Share Sign Location section, check the Save sign design for next visit checkbox.
Save your changes.
