Change the labels and description shown above a form

To add / change the labels that is shown above a form do the following:

1. Navigate to the admin of Sign Customiser for your store.
2. Click on "Customisers" on the home menu.
3. Click on the customiser you wish to edit.
4. Click on "forms" in the left-hand side navigation menu.
5. In the card titled "Form", you can specify labels and descriptions for the forms.
