What Are Hosted Customisers?

Hosted Customisers provide you with a unique URL for each of your customisers, hosted on our domain. This eliminates the need to set up a website, making it the fastest and easiest way to integrate our app into your business. Simply add the unique URL to a button on your website, social profile, or anywhere on the web to start receiving custom sign quotes instantly.

How to Enable Hosted Customisers

To get started, you’ll need to set up your customiser. Follow our Getting Started Guides.

Step 1: Create a Quote Mode Form

  1. Set up a Quote Mode form with the necessary fields for your users.

  2. Follow our Create and Edit a Form guide to create the form.

  3. Ensure that Quote Mode is selected and save your changes.

Step 2: Enable Quote Mode

By default, the customiser is set to Sales Mode. To receive quotes from users instead, you need to enable Quote Mode. Follow our Quote Mode Guide for detailed instructions.

Step 3: Enable Hosted Customisers

  1. Navigate to the Sign Customiser Admin for your store.

    • Universal subscribers: Go to Home in your account.

    • Shopify users: Navigate to Shopify admin → Apps and select Sign Customiser.

  2. Click on Hosted Customisers.

  3. If Steps 1 and 2 were completed correctly, your customiser should now be visible under the Compatible Customisers section with a unique URL.

    • If you don’t see your customiser, ensure that Quote Mode is enabled and the form is properly configured.

  4. Check the box labelled Enable Hosted Page.

  5. (Optional) Enter a Return URL to redirect users back to your store when they click "Back to Store."

  6. (Optional) Adjust the Navigation Color to match your brand.

  7. (Optional) Upload a Logo that will display in the navigation on your hosted customiser page.

  8. Click Save.

Your Hosted Customiser is now ready to use! Simply copy the URL and place it wherever you want—on your website, social media profiles, or anywhere else online.
