Creating and managing multiple stores under one account

Sign Customiser supports multiple stores under a single company account, allowing you to manage different websites, platforms, or brands independently. Each store maintains its own configuration, customisers, and integration settings, providing flexibility for businesses with diverse needs.

Creating a New Store

Follow these steps to create an additional store:

  1. Log into Sign Customiser Admin Access your admin panel with your login credentials.

  2. Open the Store Selector Click on your current store name located in the top left corner of the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Select Create New Store Click on "Create new store" from the dropdown menu.

  4. Name Your Store Enter a descriptive name for your new store and click "Submit".

  5. Automatic Switch After creation, the system will automatically switch you to the newly created store where you can begin configuration.

Switching Between Stores

To work on a different store within your account:

  1. Log into Sign Customiser Admin Sign in to access your admin dashboard.

  2. Open the Store Selector Click on the current store name in the top left corner of the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Select Your Desired Store Click on the name of the store you want to switch to from the dropdown list.

  4. Wait for the Switch After a brief loading period, the page will reload with your selected store active.

Pricing Information

While multiple stores provide great flexibility, please note that each store requires its own subscription. However, we offer a significant discount for additional stores:

  • Your first store is charged at the full subscription rate

  • Each subsequent store receives a 50% discount off the standard subscription price

This pricing structure makes it cost-effective to manage multiple websites or brands through Sign Customiser.
