How to invite additional users

Updated this week

Shopify customers cannot invite additional users at this time

Sign Customiser allows you to collaborate with team members by inviting them to your company account. Invited users can help manage your stores, configure customisers, and handle various administrative tasks. The invitation process ensures new team members are properly connected to your company account from the start.

How to Invite Team Members

Follow these steps to invite new users to your company:

  1. Log into Sign Customiser Admin Navigate to your admin panel and sign in with your credentials.

  2. Access Company Settings Locate and click on "Company Settings" in the left-hand sidebar menu.

  3. Navigate to the Members Section Within Company Settings, find the "Members" section and click the "Invite Members" button.

  4. Send the Invitation Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click "Submit". The system will send an invitation email to the specified address.

Important Information for New Members

Using the Invitation Link

The invited user will receive an email containing a unique signup link. It's crucial that they use this specific link to create their account. This link automatically accepts the invitation and connects their new account to your company during the signup process.

If the invited user creates an account through the regular signup page instead of using the invitation link, they won't be connected to your company and will need to be invited again.

Email Address Requirements

The email address you enter must not already be associated with an existing Sign Customiser account. Inviting existing users to join a different company is not currently supported. If someone already has a Sign Customiser account, they will need to use a different email address to join your company.

After Invitation Acceptance

Once a team member accepts the invitation and completes the signup process, they will immediately have access to your company's stores and customisers.
