How to Downgrade Your Subscription Plan

Our subscription plans are based on your app usage within a 30-day window. Downgrading to a lower plan is possible if your order volume meets the requirements for that plan. This guide explains the conditions and steps to check your eligibility and downgrade.

Conditions for Downgrading

  1. Plan-Specific Order Requirements:
    • Growth Plan: Available if your total orders containing products generated by our app are under 50 in the last 30-day window. You can also downgrade to the next plan within the Growth plan For example, if you have 25 orders and you are currently on GROWTH_40, then you can downgrade to the GROWTH_30 plan.
    • Seed Plan: Available if your total orders containing products generated by our app are under 5 in the last 30-day window.
  2. Tracking Your Orders:
    • We provide a detailed count of the orders attributed to our app in your merchant admin dashboard.
    • Use this count to determine if you meet the requirements for a lower plan.
