How to Subscribe to Our App
We offer a 7-day free trial for both Shopify and Universal users, giving you full access to all features of the app. During the trial, you can preview your customiser in action and take advantage of our support system to get answers to your questions and guidance on implementing your solution. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to use the app for commercial purposes.

Choosing a Plan
We provide two subscription plans tailored to suit different business needs:
The Seed Plan
Ideal for startups looking for a low-cost entry point. This plan does not include custom forms (What are custom forms?) or quote mode (What is quote mode?) but gives you access to all other features of the app. For details, check out the billing structure here.
The Growth Plan
Perfect for merchants generating more than five orders monthly through the app or requiring advanced features like custom forms and quote mode. Learn more about the billing structure here.
Managing Your Subscription
Shopify Users
- Open your Shopify admin.
- You can search for the Sign Customiser app in the admin. Alternatively, you can navigate to Settings > Apps and Sales Channels. Select the Sign Customiser from the list and click on the "Open app" button.
- In the Sign customiser settings, click on Plans in the menu to view, upgrade, or cancel your subscription.
Universal Users
- Log in to https://web.signcustomiser.com/.
- Go to the Plans page. Here you can view your current plan, upgrade, or cancel your subscription.
Legacy Plans
If your plan is labeled as Launch, Boost, Premier, Starter, Standard, or Pro, you are on a legacy plan. While these plans remain fully functional, they follow a different pricing structure and do not include our latest features.
⚠️ Important: Canceling a legacy plan will prevent you from re-subscribing to it. If you decide to return, you will need to select either the Seed or Growth plan.
Troubleshooting & Support
I got a discount code, but it isn’t working.
