Net 30 Days

It's important to note that Stripe bills for apps on a rolling 30 day basis, not monthly. Monthly billing really just means net 30 days.

Universal plans are incompatible with Shopify plans; if you have stores on both platforms, you will need to subscribe to plan on each platform individually.

Discounts

Annual plans

We offer 20% off when selecting a yearly billing plan. This means you are billed upfront for an entire year of usage in exchange for 20% off.

Discount codes

If you were given a discount code, simply apply it on the Stripe payment page by filing in the Coupon code field.

Pricing Plans

All plans are flat recurring monthly subscriptions with no additional charges.

Refund policy

At Sign Customiser, we are committed to providing top-quality service to all our merchants. However, we understand that certain situations may warrant a refund, which we handle on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered only for the most recent billing cycle. Refunds are not applicable for previous cycles or unused services outside the specified eligibility.

Monthly Plans

  • Eligible Refunds: Only the most recent billing cycle is eligible for a refund.
  • Deductions: Refunds exclude Shopify's payment processing fee (~2.90%) and any regulatory fees (~2-5%) associated with your plan.

Annual Plans

  • Prorated Refunds: Annual plan refunds are prorated based on the remaining term of your subscription.
  • Deductions: Refunds will account for Shopify’s payment processing fee (~2.90%), any regulatory fees (~2-5%), and a 20% deduction for the initial annual discount applied at signup.
  • Typical Reduction: In general, a total deduction of ~25% is applied before the remaining amount is prorated and refunded.
